Andrea Corr
Andrea Jane Corr MBE (born Andrea Jane Corr) is an actress, singer, songwriter and musician from Ireland. Corr began her career in the year 1990 as leader singer of The Corrs, a Celtic pop-rock and rock band The Corrs with Caroline Sharon Jim and their three older siblings. Andrea Corr, an Irish singer, musician and songwriter is part of The Corrs. She is best known as the lead singer of The Celtic-folk, pop rock and Celtic folk band The Corrs. She also sings for The Corrs, and is able to play multiple instruments. Andrea began her acting career at the age of 21 in. Since then, Andrea has developed into a gifted musician and stage performer. She acted as a voice actor for the Warner Bros. 1998 animated film The Quest for Camelot. Andrea's work as an artist is multifaceted. Also, she has received the recognition she deserves for her work with charities. Andrea's stockbroker husband as well as two children are hers. Andrea began her music lessons with the Tin whistle. Gerry was her instructor when she began to learn piano. Andrea is also proficient on the ukulele. She spent the teenage years learning to play the instrument. She teamed up with her sisters and brothers to be the lead singer of the group. Andrea took part in numerous plays at Dun Lughaidh Convent.
